About Me:
If you’ve been to any Walmart or Target on the planet you might have seen my designs and illustrations.
I am a traditionally trained artist with many years of experience working in commercial graphic design and illustration.
After receiving my MFA in Painting in 2010 and teaching college classes on Drawing, Painting, Design and Color Theory until 2014, I moved into the fields of commercial design and illustration.
In 2016 I began working for Fisher-Price as a Graphic Designer until I was hired by the company’s Transmedia team. I currently make designs and illustrations for family games and puzzles at Buffalo Games, where I have worked since January of 2020.
Education:
My Masters thesis focused on integrating discoveries from the field of Gestalt Psychology into representational image-making—information that frequently benefits my work as a commercial illustrator.
